    Preferred Shaft Flex

    Recommendations for players who CONSISTENTLY hit their 7-iron:

    • Ladies: Less than 120 yards.
    • Senior: 120-135 yards.
    • Regular: 135-155 yards. Most common flex.
    • Stiff: 155-175 yards.
    • Extra Stiff: 175 yards or more.

    Beginning golfers who are not in the Ladies or Senior shaft flex category should select Regular Flex Shafts.

    Preferred Shaft Material

    GRAPHITE shafts are vibration-dampening, lightweight options. They produce a softer feel, a higher launch, and more speed for improved distance.

    STEEL shafts are designed to maximize consistency and provide a stable feel for stronger players. Steel shafts are generally heavier than graphite and are available in a variety of weights and stiffness profiles to help optimize your launch conditions.

    • Precision Weighting Technology

      The default Black Ops Driver presents two light (2.5g) and one heavy (12.5g) sole weights that are interchangeable to support preferred spin and bias settings. Adjustable weighting can also be used to increase the combined MOI to over 10K grams – cm^2.? The Ultra-Lite Driver presents a single adjustable weight. Driver weights are available in 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, and 20-gram options, so overall head weight and shot bias can be easily fine-tuned for each individual player.

    • Non-Uniform Bulge and Roll Design

      This design technique optimizes the performance of the driver by strategically adjusting the horizontal and vertical curvatures across the face. The design supports enhanced forgiveness and improves overall performance by optimizing the club's reaction to off-center hits.     "Still trying to gain confidence to take a full swing. I am hitting about 75% of fairways. Stills need about 20 yards or so on average to hit 260 plus consistently. Just need to pick up a some more speed through the ball without over doing it. Carlo was excellent throughout the fitting and purchase experience.     Hitting bombs!

    "I got fitted for it at my local Sim golf studio. 9 degree head, project denali frost blue X-stiff shaft. i got it back in February and I've been getting used to it, I'm also not very good yet so if I have a bad shot it's normally my fault not the club. Well I just went out this last Friday before the 4th of july and bombed all my drives. Two were miss hits that still broke 300 yards. I then pured my drive on a par 5 and total distance was 355 yards. Career length for me there! Its very long and hot off the face!"
